Welcome to Retro Wars a weekly podcast series where myself and a friend talk about the games we used to play when we were kids. We will cover games from a range of consoles from the NES to the PS3. This show is for adults only. I would love for you guys to be part of the show. With the Marvel vs Capcom collection being announced this week, what better time to jump back into the vs games with Marvel vs Street Fighter. I never really played this one growing up, but this was the first game where we saw Spider-man vs Ryu!!!

Everyone was trying to get on the Street Fighter 2 craze and bringing out their own fighting game. Konami was no different as they brought out three different TMNT fighting games for the mega drive, SNES and NES. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Tournament Fighters. They were all completely different.....one of them was great, one was ok......and was terrible.
This week I am joined by my fighting Guru, Raging Demon, to join the crazy world that are the Turtles.

Shadow of the beast, when they said old games were hard, they were not lying with this one. Originally released on the Amiga, I played the mega drive version and it did not pull any punches.

Streets of Rage 2 is one of the best games ever made, this cannot be denied. I have enjoyed playing this game from it's release to today.
